Accessible Toilets – You can find the accessible toilets back left as you are looking at the stage on both the mezzanine and basement floor.

Accessible Viewing Platform – You can request a seat/space in our Viewing Platform (allocation allowing) via DICE Fan Support – information above.

Step-Free Access – HERE has step-free access to the box office via the guest list queue, toilets (mezzanine and basement floor), and all of the main event space.

How to Request Accessibility Requirements

At British Arrows, we want our events to be accessible for everyone. If you have any access requirements, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please contact admin@britisharrows.org.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Getting to the Venue

By Tube

Leicester Square Station is exceptionally close, just a short walk away, serviced by the Northern and Piccadilly lines. This station offers an ideal point of access though it does not have step-free access.

Tottenham Court Road Station, about 0.3 miles north along Charing Cross Road, serves the Central and Northern lines. Recent upgrades have added step-free access from the street to the trains, enhancing accessibility.

By Bus

Numerous bus routes traverse Charing Cross Road, providing excellent connectivity. Key routes include 24, 29, 176, which all run directly along Charing Cross Road. These buses connect to many parts of central and outer London. All London buses have ramp access and spaces designated for wheelchair users.
